Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns

I have a refund policy of 7 days. You will have 7 days to contact me from when you received your order to let me know you’d like a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

To let me know you’d like to start a return, please email me at [email protected] or fill out our contact form page and once your return request is accepted, it can be sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. Please do not send me a return without first contacting me as it will not be accepted.

Items not eligible for a refund include all apparel (as these are made to order), personalized items, digital downloads, gift cards, mystery grab bags, and sale items.

I am unable to offer exchanges on apparel due to these items being made to order.

If your product is damaged during shipment, reach out to us so we can send a replacement!

Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed and it will go back on your original payment method.
