💖 Refunds & Returns

At Besos & Bows, I want you to love your order! If for any reason it’s not quite right, here’s how our refund and return process works.


Refunds

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. To make sure your item qualifies:

  • It should be in the same condition as when it arrived
  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Please have your proof of purchase or order confirmation handy

Please note: Some items cannot be refunded, including:

  • Apparel (these are made to order)
  • Personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Mystery grab bags
  • Sale items

Once your refund is approved, the money will be returned to your original payment method, and you’ll get a confirmation email so you know it’s complete.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email me at besosandbows@gmail.com or submit a request through our Contact Form.
  2. Wait for approval before sending your item back — unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item is damaged during shipping, reach out right away so I can send a replacement.

Exchanges aren’t available for apparel, since every piece is made to order.
